Has my order been delivered?

You will receive an e-mail as soon as the order is delivered. We guarantee delivery on the selected day, unless the recipient is available within the closing time of the store.

I can’t pay by credit card.

In most cases the problem is the password, some credit cards require a password to complete the payment on the internet. For assistance contact us at info@cittadeifiori.com

We always try to respect the requested time slot, but we cannot guarantee this preference. Delivery can also be performed in other time slots.

Yes, the delivery is guaranteed on your choosen date even in the same day. Same-day delivery has a cut-off time, communicated during the day selection phase.
